♡: change of plans

For a few months now, I wasnt "happy" with the idea of having a big party to celebrate our ten year anniversary. I don't want to spend a few thousand dollars for just one day. We didn't have a wedding nor reception party, we just eloped. And at first the idea of having a big celebration to make up for it sounded nice but the more I was planning and thinking about it, my heart & my mind was not having it. My husband came up with the idea to have a vacation with our immediate families. Rent a beach house and spend a week there & get our pictures done there as a whole family. In December we will have a small, intimate anniversary dinner party with our close friends and family.




THIS is the idea I want for my anniversary dinner party. Bright flowers with silver mercury vases, small cake with many cupcakes, cascading lanterns with many candles. My rectangular table I see it dressed in a white table cloth and a silver sequin, chevron table runner. My round table would have a silver glitter tablecloth. Now, i feel excited to celebrate my 10 year anniversary with loved ones.
